Construction - New Kinsey
Our new Kinsey Inquiry and Discovery school construction is underway!
Our magnet school, which was built in 1957 and rebranded as the Kinsey Inquiry and Discovery School in 2015, will be turning 70 in 2027. Kinsey Elementary has been a monumental pillar in the Flagstaff Community, supporting its community and providing an undeniable education for anyone. With the FUSD Bond that passed in 2022, we began planning our new innovative education center focused on our hotshot values, place-based education, and project-based learning.
Follow along with CORE Construction as they share monthly updates with our community on the construction site for the grand opening of the new Kinsey school in Fall of 2027.
