Health Office
Important Nurse Office Reminders
-
Keep your child home if they have a temperature above 99.8°F, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea or body aches/chills. Students must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school.
-
Students may not carry medications, including over-the-counter medications, at school. Medications must be brought to the Health Office by a parent who will sign the consent form.
-
If your child needs an inhaler or EpiPen at school, please contact the Health Office or bring in the medication. Students should not carry their own inhaler unless a self-carry form is filled out.
-
Please notify Nurse Sarah of new health conditions your student develops during the year.
-
If you didn't fill out an Acetaminophen/Ibuprofen consent form during registration, Nurse Sarah will not be able to give your child these medications. If you think you may have missed this form, please give Nurse Sarah a call.
-
Please keep a full change of clothes in your child’s backpack if they might have an accident at school.
-
Please make sure your child’s immunizations are up to date.
Thank you for helping us keep our students healthy and safe!
